YOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION HISTORY
Towson Manor Village Community Association was incorporated as The Towson Manor Improvement Association, Inc. in 1950 by community residents. The name was changed to Towson Manor Village, Inc. in 1981. Today, the Association seeks to protect the residential character of the community, promote the safety and beauty of our neighborhood, and maintain a sense of community among our residents. This is accomplished through zoning and code enforcement, crime prevention and community clean-up efforts, communication and social activities. We are entirely volunteer-driven and are only as strong as our residents that are involved.

TOWSON CODE ENFORCEMENT
The TMV shares its home with students attending a number of Maryland’s top higher education facilites, including Loyola University, John Hopkins University, Goucher College, Morgan State University, and of course Towson University (TU) - which is right across the street! Many of TU’s students call the TMV home through-out the year. We value and respect the dynamic energy and vibrancy the University brings.
Should issues concerning noise, over-crowding, parking, or more arise, we encourage you to speak with students directly.
If you have a non-emergency student issue, please contact the Towson University Student LIFE line at 410-704-LIFE (5433).
Alternately, you can file an online complaint here: Towson University Public Incident Report Form.
If you ever feel threatened or have an emergency, Dial 911.
To better understand Towson University's community involvement, please take a look at their Community Relations page. You can learn all about the programs, policies and resources available to both Towson University students and adjoining neighborhoods.
Use the Form below to submit Code Enforcement, Zoning, and Student Conduct concerns to the TMVCA. We will follow-up on all submissions and will respond accordingly. Thanks for helping to improve the best neighborhood in Towson!
